In Harbour inn Design Townhouse we are always pleased to help our customer, so we provide a FAQ's page to help you with some doubts.

1. Do you have a 24 hours reception?



All access to the property and rooms are made by a code of entry , which will be sent to you prior to your arrival, so you may check-in late in the evening or even after midnight. You are free to arrive when you prefer, however we would like to be here to welcome you.

All days, from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm you will find a person in the property to help and assist you.

Welcome Guests at 2:30 PM until 06:30 PM (other schedule subject to previous request and confirmation)

What time is Check-in and Check-out?



Usualy Check-in starts at 2:30 PM until 06:30 PM and Check-out is generally until 11:30 AM . Afterwards the rooms must to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.

If you need a late Check-out, let us know in advance and we will try our best.

Who can I call for help?



If you have any emergency or problem that need police, medical assistance or firefighters you just need to cal the emergency telefone number 112 (+351 is Portugal country code).

4. What are the hours for breakfast?



Breakfast is available from 9 to 11 am, however, if you have a special request, please do let us know and we will do our best, to attend all your needs.

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (on our restaurant room)

6. What are the operating hours from “Cantinho Senhor do Padrão” Restaurant?



The townhouse gastronomic restaurant opens daily for lunch at 12:00 a.m. and for dinner at 07:00 p.m. (last seating at 11:00 p.m.), with a fixed seasonal tasting menu with a variety of sea foods selection. There is an optional Portuguese wine supplement per person to accompany your experience.

Dinner
at 07:00 PM until 11:45 PM (last seating at 11:00 PM)

7. How do I get to Harbour Inn Design Townhouse from the airport?



By public transports
At the airport, go to the metro station and take line E until Senhora da Hora station. Once here, change to line A towards Senhor de Matosinhos and exit at Matosinhos Sul station. On foot, go down the avenue until the beach and turn right. Walk for about 2 minutes and you will see at your right our Harbour Inn Design Townhouse. This journey can take up to 50 minutes in total and cost up to 2€ per person.

By car
Exit airport towards Matosinhos, through VRI, turn right at Porto/Matosinhos/Maia . After 1,2km, keep left and follow instructions to VRI/Porto/Zona Portuária Leixões /A4/Matosinhos . Go ahead along the VRI towards A4 – Matosinhos. Go until the end of this motorway until Avenida da República, when you will see a Burger King restaurant at your right and a roundabout afterward. Go down this Avenue until a second roundabout with a restaurant at your right called “O Gaveto”, exit the roundabout having this restaurant at your right. Through this new Avenue (Av. Serpa Pinto), turn at the second street at the left. This will be Rua do Godinho, our street. Near the end, you will find us at your right. Please park along the street. Bear in mind that some costs may be associated when parking at the street depending on the time of your arrival.

By transfer
